So sometimes you’re just trying to help yourself out and you cause that much more of a headache for yourself.  I was trying to upgrade the minimal blog software that I had installed here while I was out in Chicago.  I did a fine job of adding in a wysiwyg editor and everything was working wonderfully, until i looked @ the front end and realized that I’d hosed up everything there.  So I figured, well, that’s easy enough I’ll just re-upload the file that I’d overwritten.  Nope, can’t do that, I’d deleted them.  Okey dokey then, i’ll just go re-download them from the creator and then re-upload them.  Nope.  He’s deleted them from his site over the last month.  So now wtf do I do?  Well, I install WordPress and go from there.  So if you’ve noticed over the morning that there’s something screwy here, then now you know why.  Friggin’ technology.  I tell you what!  Now of course the design’s a little off as well, i’ll need to clean that up asap but in the meantime at least it ain’t broke (what’s the old addage, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.  or is it what can go wrong on a monday morning will go wrong on a monday morning.  or I can get a good look at a piece of steak by sticking my head up a cows ass but I’d rather take the butchers word for it)…  Ok, enough.  I’ll be posting some music from friday night later, if only i’d just written the HTML to show it rather than deciding i wanted to save myself some time I wouldn’t have these issues.
